🔹 Department: Quality Assurance (Validations)
Qualification & Experience:
B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B. Sc / M. Sc
8 to 13 years of relevant experience
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Preparation, review, and approval of master validation schedules and Validation Master Plans.
Drafting, reviewing, and approving SOPs related to validations.
Reviewing and approving executed validation protocols and reports.
Coordinating with validation teams and cross-functional departments for smooth execution.
Reviewing facility, utility, and equipment layouts and drawings.
Conducting SOP, GxP, and on-the-job training for validation teams.
Participation in FAT and SAT of equipment and vendor document review.
Handling new projects related to validations, deviations, and change controls.
Executing validation activities as per schedule, ensuring cGMP compliance.
Maintaining all validation documents and participating in self-inspections, customer, and regulatory audits.
Delegating responsibilities in absence of reporting authority.
Ensuring compliance with GxP, Data Integrity, and escalation of issues to higher management.
