Microbiology Department
Positions: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor temperature, differential pressure, RH, and environmental conditions in the microbiology testing area.
Manage dehydrated culture media, media plates, and test tubes.
Perform sterility testing of finished products, raw materials, and validation samples.
Conduct Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET) for WFI, sterile materials, and injection samples.
Execute MLT, microbial analysis, and water sampling as per schedule.
Operate autoclave, pH meter, incubators, microscopes, heating blocks, and zone readers.
Participate in equipment validation & qualification (autoclaves, refrigerators, incubators).
Perform method validation or sterility & BET tests.
Quality Control (HPLC)
Positions: Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, Dissolution, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF, ICP-MS.
Conduct method validation and chemical analysis as per FP/IP standards.
Operate IR, LPC, UV, and TOC instruments.
Strong working knowledge of GLP, cGMP, QMS, 21 CFR, ALCOA+, and ICH guidelines.
