PRODUCTION PHARMA
1. Position
: Officer & Senior Officer
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills: •Operation of a filling machine (made by Groninger), clean-
ing and sanitization of the aseptic area, handling of the aseptic area operation – media fill, sterile filtering, aseptic behaviour and techniques, handling of machines and changing parts, NVPC monitoring, etc.
•Cleaning and sanitizing the area. Operation and cleaning of the vial washing machine and tunnel. Handling and storage of change parts for the vial washing machine.
• PM/Calibration/PPQ of equipment, online visual inspection of washed vials, and WFI (Visual inspection of hood cleaning and handling).
• Operation and cleaning of steam sterilizers, wrapping, load preparation and sterilization, disinfectant preparation and filtration activity, filter integrity, unit preparation activity (machine part/change part/cleaning and disinfectant accessories), PM/Calibration/PPQ of steam sterilizers.
•Operation and cleaning of manufacturing vessels (connec-tions and process sequence cycles), batch preparation, filter integrity, calibration and verification of pH meter, conductivity meter, and balances, and PM/Calibration/PPQ activities.
2.Position
: Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy / M. Sc. (Chemistry)
Experience: 2 to 8 Years
Required Skills: •Supervision of aseptic area activities, shift handling, aseptic
area documentation, media fill activities, aseptic behaviour monitoring, and sterile operations.
•Handling area cleaning and sanitization activities, supervising steam sterilizer loads, filter integrity, disinfectant preparation and filtration activity, and related documents.
• Supervision of unit preparation activities (machine part/change part/disinfectant accessories), preparation of trends, compilation of batch records, review of log books, and handling of periodic frequency activities (filter integri-ty/ balance verification/NVPC/ PM/Calibration).
•Verifying RM, supervising process sequences cycles of vessels, Batch preparation and execution, filter integrity activity, trend preparation, BMR compilation, log book review, shift handling, balance/ pH meter/ Conductivity meter calibration and related documentation.
QUALITY CONTROL
1. Position
: Junior Executive / Executive
Qualification: B. Pharm. / M. Sc.
Experience: 1 to 2 Years
Required Skills : • RM & PM testing
• Pretesting
