VSI international Requirement details:
1) Department: Engineering
Requirement : Asst. Manager – 11 to 15 Years‘ Experience – Qualification – B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical
• Manage breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime,
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
• Identify corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues related to machinery operation.
2) Department : Packing
Requirement : Operator – 2 to 6 Years’ Experience – Qualification – ITI/ Diploma
Blister, Cartonator, Track & Trace, Sticker Labelling, Bottle Line
Officer – 1 to 3 Years Experience – Qualification – B. Sc/ M.Sc / B. Pharm
Execution of packing plan on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Involved in Market Complaint, Change control, Deviation, Investigation & CAPA
- QMS tool shall be initiated in case of any deviation or incidence.
3)Department:Quality control
Requirement:Officer – 2 to 4 Years Experience – Qualification – B.Sc/ M.Sc
• We require candidate who has good exposure of working on HPLC, GLP, Stability & QMS.
• We require candidate who has good exposure of FP &QMS (Documentation).
Executive – 6 to 8 Years Experience – Qualification – B.Sc/ M.Sc/ B. Pharm/ M.Pharm
• Handling instrument like HPLC, UV, IR and dissolution.
• Good experience in solid oral dosage forms.
• Knowledge of GLP ,GDP and QMS as well as regulatory guidelines., Review analytical reports.
Officer – 1 to 2 Years’ Experience – Qualification – M.Sc Microbiology
• Sampling and Testing of water, EM monitoring, media preparation and GPT and non-routine activities.
Executive – 5 to 7 Years Experience – Qualification – M. Sc – Microbiology
MLT analysis, MLT validation, Qualification/validation, SOP / Protocols Preparations, Review of microbiology laboratory documents, training to the microbiologists, disinfectant efficacy study, handling of regulatory audits etc.
4)Department: FRD
Requirement: Sr. Research Associate/Research Associate/Sr. Officer – 4 to 9 Years’ Experience
• Literature, pharmacopeia patent search, review & discussion & documentation.
• Design of experiments & optimize the formulation development.
• Knowledge of reverse engineering & QBD approach.
• Knowledge & Understanding of pharma Development & Technology transfer.
5) Department: ARD
Requirements:Sr. Research Associate/Research Associate – 3 to 6 Years Experience
Qualification – M.Sc./ M. Pharm
•Knowledge of Analytical Method development & Analytical Method Validation activity.
• Knowledge of comparative dissolution profile & multimedia dissolution activity.
• Handling instruments like HPLC/ GC/ Dissolution/ UV spectrophotometer.
• Knowledge of Analytical Method transfer activity.
Preparation of SPC/ STP (API & Pharmaceutical Finished Dosage Forms)
6) Department:QA
Executive – 6 to 8 Years’ Experience – Qualification B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
• Qualification (Having Experience of Equipment, AHU, Area Qualification,
• Temperature Mapping and QA Engineering related activities.
•IPQA production
7) Department: Production
Executive – 6 to 8 Years Experience- Qualification – B. Pharm / M. Pharm
•Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during production activities.
• Oversee daily production anning, including blending, capsule filling, compression, coating, granulation, and QMS implementation., manpower handling effectively, Prepare SOPs for operational activities.
Officer – 2 to 3 Years Experience – Qualification – B. Pharm / M. Pharm
• Planning & Execution of Production activity.
• Should be familiar with QMS tools.
• Supervising Tablet & Capsule manufacturing step.
• Trouble shooting and Error Rectification.
