🎓 Qualifications

• QC: M.Sc. (Chemistry) / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Microbiology: M.Sc. (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology)
• QA (IPQA/AQA): B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc.

Experience Required

• QC & Microbiology: 2–4 Years
• QA IPQA: 3–8 Years
• QA AQA: 4–7 Years

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC)

• Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) experience
• Hands-on: HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Dissolution, LIMS
• CSV activities exposure
• OOS, OOT & deviation investigations

QC – Microbiologist

• Microbial testing (Bioburden, MLT)
• Media preparation & GPT
• Environmental Monitoring (Air, Surface, Personnel)
• OOS/OOT investigations

Quality Assurance – IPQA

• In-process checks & line clearance
• AQL, BMR review, IP & finished product sampling
• ALCOA & Data Integrity knowledge

Quality Assurance – AQA

Profile 1:

• Instrument handling experience
• Strong knowledge of ALCOA & compliance

Profile 2 (Manufacturing Investigation QA):

• Manufacturing process understanding
• Incident handling & deviation investigation
