Open Positions
1️⃣ Senior Analyst / Junior Group Leader
Department: Bioanalytical Research (BRD)
Experience: 2 – 7 Years
Education: B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bioanalytical research including method development, validation, and sample analysis
- Work with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, wet analysis, spectrophotometry, and polarimetry
- Develop and validate methods for biologics and biosimilars in compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., USFDA guidelines)
- Perform stability studies under defined conditions
- Troubleshoot instrument calibration, maintenance, and operational issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with regulatory standards
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of analytical instruments and chromatographic techniques
- Sound knowledge of bioanalytical method validation
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation practices
2️⃣ Custodian
Department: Bioanalytical Research (BRD)
Experience: Fresher
Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Sc (Relevant discipline)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label, log, store, and retrieve biological samples (plasma, serum, urine, tissue, etc.) as per SOPs
- Manage working/reference standards and analytical columns as per defined procedures
- Maintain deep freezers, refrigerators, and cold rooms under specified storage conditions
- Monitor and record temperature logs; report deviations immediately
- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of biohazard and chemical waste
- Maintain accurate inventory records, chain-of-custody logs, and tracking documentation
