- Skills: Maintenance of equipment, documentation, breakdown, and service area management.
🔹 QA (Quality Assurance)
- Officer: 2–3 years | Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Executive: 6–8 years | Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: Validation, CSV, QMS, AQA, Temperature Mapping, Technology Transfer.
🔹 Quality Control
- Sr. Officer / Officer: 4–5 years | Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Executive / Sr. Executive: 6–8 years | Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: HPLC, GC, Stability, GLP, Analytical Reports, QMS, RM/PM testing.

- Officer: 2–4 years | Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Com / M.Com
- Sr. Executive: 7–9 years | Qualification: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / B.Com / M.Com
- Skills: GRN preparation, material handling, SAP, temperature maintenance.

- Operator: 1–6 years | Qualification: ITI / Diploma
- Officer / Sr. Officer: 2–5 years | Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Executive: 6–8 years | Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: Granulation, Compression, Coating, Blending, QMS, Documentation.

- Research Scientist: 6–8 years | Qualification: M.Pharm
