1. Officer / Sr. Officer – Packing
Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience
- 2–6 years
- Preferably experience in OSD/Formulation manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise primary and secondary packing operations as per BMR, SOPs and cGMP requirements.
- Handle packing activities and ensure smooth execution of operations.
- Perform line clearance, machine setup, changeover and batch start-up activities.
- Monitor packing machines and ensure production targets and packing efficiency are achieved.
- Ensure correct packing materials, coding, batch details, artwork and reconciliation.
- Perform and monitor in-process checks during packing operations.
- Maintain proper documentation, BMR entries and batch reconciliation.
- Identify and troubleshoot routine packing machine/process issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, SOPs and data integrity requirements.
- Handle audits, investigations, CAPA and continuous improvement activities.
2. Cartonator Operator
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma
Experience
- 1–8 years
- Preferably experience in OSD/Formulation manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cartonating machines according to approved SOPs, BMR and cGMP requirements.
- Perform machine setup, changeover, start-up and line clearance activities.
- Ensure proper carton packing, coding, labeling, batch details and product identification.
- Perform in-process checks and monitor machine performance to minimize packing defects and downtime.
- Maintain accurate batch and machine documentation.
- Promptly report machine breakdowns, abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor.
