1️⃣ Formulation Research & Development
Section: Formulation Development Scientist (OSD & Injectable)
Position: Senior Research Scientist / Research Scientist
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage formulation development projects.
- Supervise a team of formulation scientists and technicians.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and root cause investigation.
- Ensure documentation compliance and quality standards.
2️⃣ Technology Transfer (OSD)
Department: Formulation Research & Development
Position: Senior Research Associate / Senior Research Scientist
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 2 – 8 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate technology transfer projects.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for TT activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and provide training support.
3️⃣ Analytical Research Development (ARD)
Section: Method Development & Routine Stability
Position: Sr. Research Associate / Research Associate
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct stability studies and analytical testing.
- Perform analytical method development and validation.
- Maintain analytical documentation and records.
- Support method transfer and analytical investigations.
4️⃣ Purchase & SCM
Section: Purchase
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and follow-ups.
- Manage order tracking till GRN completion.
- Handle vendor onboarding and payment issue resolution.
5️⃣ PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)
Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
Qualification: Any Science Graduate
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with purchase department for production planning.
- Prepare dispatch plans for production orders.
- Manage dispatch plans for both P to P and L&L customers.
