Urgent Requirement for Customs Clearance Executive – Gland Pharma – Hyderabad
Looking for Executives with Imports and Exports clearances (Sea, Air)
Location: Pashamylaram, Hyderabad
CTC : 3.5 lpa – 6 lpa
Job Description:
Preparation of Clearance Documents.
Maintenance and Co-ordinating Shipment Clearances at Customs without any issues.
Updation of Shipments Statement in Transit, Daily customs clearance activities and day to day tracking of Shipments.
Co-Ordination with CHA regarding BE filings and confirming Checklists and to see that BE filed without any fine and Penalties.
Arranging Bill of Entry details to Bank after Clearances against Import payments done.
Preparation of bank Related Documents for getting BRO’s against CAD, DA and LC Payments.
Preparation of GMR Bills and Other forwarders Bills.
Submission of Bill of Entries to Accounts, Costing and DGFT after clearance.
VSEZ Bill of Entries Filing and follow-up till deliveries at Gland facility.
Sea Shipments Containers follow up with forwarders and getting Documents from Bank (CAD, DA, LC Payments etc.,)
