Urgent hiring for Capsule Filling Operator/ Lab Operator – FR&D department
Capsule Filling Operator – Production (Minimum 3years)
Academic Qualification: –
- ITI/ Diploma
Location: Navi Mumbai
Lab Operator – FR&D (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities : –
▪️ Basic knowledge of Handling all Formulation Equipment / instrument.
▪️ Basic awareness of Laboratory Etiquettes, GMP Practices & Safety.
▪️ All Formulation R&D Machine Assembling and Operation.
▪️ Operation, supervising and cleaning of equipment as per SOP.
▪️ Documentation of Equipment / instrument log books
▪️ Troubleshooting /Maintenance of Formulation R&D Machineries
▪️ Maintenance of Change Parts / Machine Tool / Punch Tooling
▪️ Help R&D Scientist in all lab related activities
▪️ Honest and having good behavior.
▪️ Good communication with working staff with helpful nature
Equipment handling: –
▪️ High sheer Mixer Granulator (Kevin)
▪️ Fluid Bed Processor (Pam Glatt)
▪️ Roll compactor (Kevin)
▪️ Co-Mill (Quadro /Karnavati / Sam’s)
▪️ Communiting Mill (Sam’s /Karnavati)
▪️ Oscillating Granulator (Camach)
▪️ Rapid Dryer (Restch)
▪️ Octagonal Blender’s (Anchor)
▪️ Tablet Tooling machine, Single / Bilayer (Cadmach / Parle Eliza)
▪️ Tablet Coating Machine (Kevin / Neocoata)
▪️ Blister Packing Machine (Mechtek)
▪️ Tube sealing machine
▪️ Manual Capsule filling machine
▪️ Induction sealing machine
Experience: –
▪️ Above 2 yrs in Reputed Pharma Companies.
Academic Qualification: –
▪️ ITI or Equivalent (Mechanical / Equivalent)
Extra Qualification: –
▪️ Basic Computer Knowledge
Language’s Known:-
▪️ Telugu, Hindi, English
