We are Hiring….!

Position – Assistant Manager /Dy. Manager- IT

Experience- 8-12 years

Qualification – BCA, MCA, BE, BTECH

Responsibilities

  • Managing IT team members, assisting in performance evaluation and offering guidance for advancement within the organization.
  • Evaluating the site IT needs, finding ways to improve the products and systems in place for enhanced productivity, security, and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and supervising IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, system updates and outages.
  • Running regular checks on network, site profile and physical security.
  • Closely work with all the support team and involved in the activity to maintain servers like AD, File Server, Domain controller, Commvault Backup server, production servers (CVC, DGFT & Quality) and QC servers (Empower & Lab-Solution).
  • Ensuring all the server backups and challenge test performed on scheduled time.
  • Managing IT Assets & Inventory, Communication Links, Vendor selection & Coordination for IT Hardware peripheral, Preparing comparison Sheet for purchase of IT peripheral.
  • End to End coordination between users & vendors to fulfil & meet the actual requirements.
  • Provide high-level application support with timely escalation to concern team to minimize the impact in running applications (SAP, LIMS, HRMS, Water System, BMS, etc.).
  • Ensure all IT infrastructure services are effectively delivered to the business.
  • Identifying opportunities for team training, skills advancement, designing training programs, workshops and share Knowledge Articles to team and users.
  • Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget. Setting up new offices and warehouses.
  • Developing & implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization and adhere to compliant.
  • Actively participate in internal & external audits (CQA, US-FDA, MHRA, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Managing Quality & Production related instrument & systems comes under 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
  • Ensuring that all the plant users authorization shall be maintained on lab, Manufacturing & warehouse systems as per the SOPs.
  • Preventive maintenance of IT Equipment.

KEY SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

  • Should have advanced knowledge and expertise with lifecycles for IT programs, IT projects.
  • Should have strong knowledge of IT production processes such as change management & lifecycle management.
  • Must have a good understanding of review & approve the CSV documents.
  • Should understand the process of change control, deviation & CAPA.
  • Should be proactive for the compliance of internal and external audit.
  • Must be efficient in identifying the gaps in system related to compliance and take necessary action to fix them.
  • Ensure the entire regulatory body requirement to be completed and audit ready.
  • Proactive to any other work assigned by management time to time.
  • Experience must include knowledge of IT best practices & process tools.
  • Proven business process analysis, strong interpersonal skills and team orientation.
