Walk-In Interview Details
Date: 2nd November 2025 (Sunday)
Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Venue: Umedica Laboratories Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 221, II Phase GIDC, Near Morarji Circle, Vapi – 396195, Gujarat.
Open Positions & Requirements
1. Tablet Manufacturing (Officer / Sr. Officer)
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Candidates should have the ability to handle processes like dispensing, granulation, compression, and coating. Responsible for online documentation and QMS activities.
2. Tablet Manufacturing (Operator)
Qualification: ITI or Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Should be able to operate granulation lines (RMG/FBD/FBP/Roll Compactor), automatic compression machines, PLC/SCADA-based Cadmach & Fluid Pack, coating machines (Kevin & Gansons), and capsule M/C.
3. Tablet Packing (Officer / Sr. Officer)
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Should have a sound knowledge of blister pack operation, CVC line, BPR, SOPs, line clearance, manpower handling, GDP, GMP, and daily documentation records.
4. Tablet Packing (Operator)
Qualification: ITI or Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Should have experience operating Blister Pack Machines like ELMACH 3015 PDA and Auto Cartonator (WKH110 & IMA PG IC150C), and Track & Trace machines with temper evident systems.
5. Injectable Department (Officer / Sr. Officer)
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Candidates should have expertise in LVP, SVP, aseptic filling, vial, ampoule, washing, and BSS tunnel. Must have knowledge of autoclave and sterilization processes.
6. Injectable Department (Operator)
Qualification: ITI or Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Should be experienced in operating ampoule/vial filling machines, sealing and labeling machines, as well as handling autoclave and sterilization equipment.
7. Quality Control (Officer to Senior Officer)
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc
Experience: 2 to 7 years
Candidates should have hands-on experience in HPLC and GC analysis with sound analytical knowledge.
8. Engineering & Maintenance (Technician)
Qualification: ITI or Diploma
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Should possess experience in operating HVAC systems, utility management, and overall plant maintenance.
9. TTD – Technology Transfer Department (Officer to Executive)
Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Should have sound knowledge of preparation and regulatory transfer of products or processes, scale-up manufacturing, and post-approval quality aspects. Must be familiar with risk assessment principles and regulatory documentation activities.
