Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd – R&D, Gandhinagar is hiring Scientist II (Executive) for Packaging Development Dept.

Job Profile :
➢ Material Selection and packaging design of Primary, Secondary and Tertiary pack for new and existing products.
➢ Innovator packs evaluation/Characterization.
➢ Vendor Identification for packaging material and coordination for technical drawing, TDS, Specification and Approval of same,
➢ Change part evaluation with the help of plant production and engineering team.
➢ Arrangement of regulatory documents for ANDA submission.
➢ Preparation and approval of specification and STP.
➢ Preparation of PPMC(Primary Packaging material configuration)
➢ Conducting Transportation trial.
➢ Working on Productivity improvement & Cost saving projects,
➢ Conducting on line packaging trials to analyse the machine ability and subsequent trouble shooting.
➢ Evaluation of New Packing material / samples from New Supplier
➢ Approval of Print proofs, Shade Cards, Multi up Sheets Received from Supplier.
➢ Handling of EB, CB & Scale up batch.
➢ Change Part development and approval.
➢ Coordinating for FAT and SAT for new machine and mold.

**Qualification: B. Pharm/B.Sc with Post Graduation Diploma in Packaging Development Technology.

** Experience 1 – 7 Years.
