Job Location: R&D Centre, Gandhinagar (Gujarat)
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
Experience required: 3-8 yrs
Qualifications: M. Pharm/ M.Sc
JD/ SKILL SET: HPLC/GC method development for OSD having exposure to regulated, Semi Regulated & India markets including:
Complex generic, F2F, Topical & Dermaceuticals, Peptides, Oncology. NI/GI & NDSRI’ with LCMS/GCMS expertise, Solid state characterization, Microbiology (Probiotic subject matter expert).
Formulation Development (FnD)
Experience required: 3-8 yrs
Qualifications: M. Pharm
JD/ SKILL SET:
OSD, Oncology and Cosmeceutical (Sunscreen, Anti Acne, Moisturizer, De-pigmentation, Baby products and soaps). Exposure of Regulated, Semi Regulated & India Markets.
Product Development Group (PDG)
Experience: 5-10 yrs
Education: B. Pharm + MBA /M. Pharm + MBA
JD/ SKILL SET:
To ensure feasibility evaluation & budget preparation for new product proposal.
To decide project timelines and monitor it throughout the project development cycle.
To ensure availability of various licenses & pre-requisites of different stages for new product development.
To coordinate with all CFTs for day to day activities wrt project timeline & budget.
Proactively identifies significant project risks, develops mitigation strategies, escalates to leadership and implements approved mitigation steps.
Visit different locations as per work requirement to align the activities to meet the targeted timelines of different stage gates. To present product development status to stack holders and business
heads during monthly and quarterly project reviews respectively.
