Teva Pharmaceuticals is hiring Training coordinator for Pharmacovigilance team at Bangalore.
Department- Pharmacovigilance
Designation- Training Coordinator
Job location: Bangalore, India ( work from office)
Job responsibilities:
- collaborating with participants and vendors globally to assist with developing the most effective programs.
- ensure that our training are targeted to the relevant roles and support individual knowledge and development.
- Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
- Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
- Prepare classrooms and keep them properly set up. Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms)
- Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
- Resolve issues as they arise onsite
- Prepare reports on training activities and results
- Suggest improvements or new programs
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Training Administrator, Training Specialist, HR Assistant or similar role.
- At least 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance is a plus.Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of office procedures, Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding communication skills
- Motivated by working as a teamplayer with significant interaction internally and externally
- A bachelor degree / nurse / pharmacy assistant
