Tagoor Laboratories, a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company specializing in APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients), Intermediates, and KSMs (Key Starting Materials), is actively seeking a dynamic Manager – Project Management to join our team at the Corporate Office in Hyderabad.
This pivotal role requires a strategic leader capable of driving project timelines, shaping corporate strategy, and ensuring seamless execution across all phases of API development and commercialization.
Key Responsibilities and Role Focus
The Project Management Manager will be instrumental in bridging the gap between R&D, manufacturing, and commercial success by:
- Leading and managing API and Intermediate projects, guiding them from the initial development stage through to successful commercial execution.
- Building and tracking comprehensive timelines, scale-up plans, and technology transfer strategies to guarantee on-time delivery of projects.
- Collaborating effectively with critical cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Engineering, and EHS, for smooth, synchronized execution.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance (cGMP, ICH Q7/Q8) is maintained throughout the project lifecycle, balancing strict adherence with efficiency and quality goals.
- Acting as the primary contact for all project updates, formal reviews, and external client communication, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Candidate Profile: Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications and possess relevant industry experience:
Education & Experience
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (Chemical Engineering), M.Sc (Organic Chemistry), or B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience specifically in API / Bulk / Intermediates Project Management.
Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in project planning tools such as MS Project and Excel.
- Soft Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork.
