Available Positions and Requirements
1. DGM / GM – Safety (Process Safety)
This senior leadership role is designed for a veteran process safety professional with a proven track record of leading PSM at API manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture and delivering measurable improvements in safety performance.
- Key Responsibilities: Managing PSM governance, conducting Hazop, LOPA, SIL, and QRA studies, and implementing risk reduction initiatives.
- Education: B.E. (Chemical), M.Sc., or Ph.D.
- Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience.
2. Dy. Manager / Manager – Process Safety
Synthimed Labs is also seeking mid-level management professionals to handle process risk management and ensure compliance with rigorous safety standards.
- Key Responsibilities: Hands-on involvement in process risk management, developing PSM standards, and executing risk assessments such as Hazop and LOPA.
- Education: B.E. (Chemical), M.Sc., or Ph.D.
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience.
