Designation: Senior Research Associate

Educational Qualification: Masters in pharmacology/ life sciences/ biotechnology/ biological engineering
Experience: 0-2 Years
Job Purpose:
· The candidate will be expected to design and perform in vitro assays including electrophysiology, generate high quality data, interpret and communicate data to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
a. Electrophysiology assays – patch clamping (in-house training
will be provided)
b. Plate based in vitro assays
c. Analysis and interpretation of experimental data
d. Presentation and communication of data to stakeholders
e. Following Syngene’s data quality, integrity and EHSS guidelines
Technical/functional Skills:
a. Mammalian cell culture
b. Electrophysiology – patch clamping,
c. Plate based assays, immunofluorescence/ high content
imaging, microscopy.
d. Experience in handling primary cells (cardiomyocytes,
fibroblasts, PBMCs, macrophages) and basic animal handling –
added advantage
