The candidate should have excellent understanding on lab operations, handling internal/ external vendors, quality Audit, people management, QMS elements and Implementation of LMS calendar & SOP adequacy across Discovery Services.

◆Qualification & Experience:
⦿ Ph.D. in Life Science with minimum 10 years of relevant practical and leadership experience in an R&D organization (pharma, biopharma/ biotech, contract R&D).
⦿ Strong customer and service delivery mindset
⦿ Work with cross-functional teams and drive their actions in a way that positively impacts customer experience
⦿ A high degree of results orientation, ability to motivate and lead teams and instill a culture of collaboration
⦿ Excellent communication and people management skills are a must
