Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and route incoming safety information to appropriate projects.
- Record and track ICSR documentation as per sponsor/customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP, and data protection guidelines.
- Enter and validate data in safety databases with accuracy.
- Assist with safety literature review, MedDRA coding, narrative writing, and submissions.
- Support reconciliation, query follow-ups, and translation processes.
- Contribute to expedited reporting, regulatory submissions, and audit preparation.
- Maintain knowledge of SOPs, WIs, and global drug safety regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BHMS, BDS, Ph.D. (Pharmacy), or M.Sc + B.Pharm
- 2025 pass-outs only are eligible.
- Exceptional 2024 pass-outs with a strong interest in Pharmacovigilance may also apply.
Core Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare/scientific fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and teamwork.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with safety databases & medical terminology.
- Basic understanding of pharmacology or PV.
- Knowledge of collaboration tools (Visio, Team Share, etc.).
