🧪 Experience: 1–4 Years
📍 Location: Bavla, Ahmedabad

📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Component Washing & Preparation
– Operate vial/ampoule washing machines, tunnels
– Load/unload components; check WFI/PW quality
– Inspect washed components - Autoclave Operations
– Run sterilization cycles, set parameters
– Monitor temp/pressure/Fo values
– Sterile unloading & transfer to aseptic areas - Documentation & Compliance
– BMR/BPR, logbooks, cleaning records
– Follow cGMP, GDP, SOPs
– Report deviations & support CAPA - Equipment Cleaning & Maintenance
– Cleaning, sanitization, change-over
– Support PM & calibration teams - Safety & Housekeeping
– Follow EHS guidelines, use PPE
– Maintain 5S & cleanliness
✔ Skills Required:
- Knowledge of sterilization principles
- PLC/automated machine operation
- Good documentation skills
- Attention to detail

- Ready to work in shifts
- Must meet cleanroom health standards
