Job Description:
•Conduct advanced microbiological research, including isolation, identification, and characterization of microorganisms samples.
•Conduct quality control protocols and validation processes for microbial testing in line with regulatory standards.
•Perform and Monitor Microbiology testing like MLT, BET, water testing, Environment monitoring etc.
•Responsible for all QMS generated in the department during routine activities.
•Routine analysis of microbiology.
•Develop innovative solutions for microbiological challenges in API.
•Supervise and mentor junior microbiologists, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and contribute to scientific publications and patents.
