1. MS&T – Non Orals
Location: R&D – Baroda
Qualification: M. Pharm
Experience: 4–7 years
Responsibilities:
Process development and optimization support
Technology transfer documentation
Control strategy design (Primary)
Process modelling (robustness and optimization)
Analytical method understanding (CFT)
Support for regulatory filings (CFT)
Troubleshooting and investigations (Scale-up/EBs)
Support to QA/Regulatory (CFT)
2. Formulation Development – Non Orals
Location: R&D – Baroda
Qualification: M. Pharm or PhD
Experience: 5–8 years
Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience in non-oral products: topical, transdermal, or parenteral (injection) products
Expertise in end-to-end generic product development (ANDA: cream, ointment, gel, solution, lotion, foam, patch, solution injection, depot injection, prefilled syringe, cartridge-based injection, etc.)
Knowledge of regulatory pathways such as NDA 505(b)(2) and 505(b)(1)
3. Biotechnology – Downstream Processing
Location: R&D – Baroda
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech/PhD
Experience: 8–10 years
Responsibilities:
Lead the downstream group within the Biological Drug Substance Unit with expertise in purification processes and GMP production
Design, plan, operate, and monitor downstream group activities for both development and scale-up batches
Expertise in downstream process development for large molecule recombinant proteins and monoclonal antibodies
Sound knowledge of TFF systems, filtration systems, and capability to interpret experimental results using standard tools.
