Opening in R&D-Biotechnology — Upstream Processing (Mammalian Cell Culture)
Experience : 2 – 6 years
Grade : Sr Officer / Executive / Sr Executive
Qualification: M.Sc
/ M.Tech
/M.Pharm in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
JD:
- The candidate will be responsible for upstream related activities ( cell culture, fermentation) for development and manufacturing of Biosimilar candidates to support clinical development.
- He will be responsible for Planning and supporting cell culture and microbial fermentation related experiments.
- To coordinate and deliver robust, scalable and cost-effective biosimilar manufacturing for clinical and commercial purpose.
Implement stage appropriate analytical methods, protocols and systems and processes in compliance with all relevant regulatory standards. - Organizing cross-functional discussions with internal and external experts as per the development needs.

Experience : 18 – 22 yrs
Brief JD : ·
- Exposure of product development, analytical development, CMC, regulatory filing, RCGM and CDSCO requirements for recombinant products. Exposure of filing in regulated markets (EMA/FDA/PMDA/TGA/HC/ANVISA) would be preferred.
- Exposure to lifecycle management for global product development would be added advantage
- Experience of having faced international inspections / audits from Regulatory agencies, Clients and business partners is preferred.
