Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising API production operations, including:
- Execute production activities according to approved production plans.
- Review, approve, and distribute instructions related to solvent recovery operations.
- Review production batch records and ensure they are properly completed and signed.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, safety requirements, and manufacturing procedures.
- Ensure production deviations are promptly reported, evaluated, and investigated and appropriate corrective actions are initiated.
- Manage production planning and achievement of targets related to quality, quantity, yield, and recovery efficiency.
- Perform full-scale investigations related to OOS (Out of Specification) and OOT (Out of Trend) results.
- Ensure production equipment is maintained in a qualified state.
- Maintain appropriate shop-floor discipline and operational standards.
- Facilitate and extend necessary support during internal and external audit activities.
