Sun Pharma Group – Zenotech Laboratories Limited is inviting applications from highly experienced Quality Assurance professionals for the position of Quality Assurance Manager at its Hyderabad (Genome Valley) manufacturing facility.

This role is ideal for senior QA leaders with strong exposure to regulatory compliance, sterile manufacturing, and global audits.

🔹 Job Details

• Position: Quality Assurance Manager
• Department: Quality Assurance
• Location: Turkapally, Genome Valley, Hyderabad
• Industry: Pharmaceuticals – Injectables / OSD / Sterile Manufacturing
• Experience Required: 10–15+ years

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle Product Quality Complaints, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
• Manage Change Control, Deviations, OOS/ OOT, and overall GMP compliance activities.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness and actively support regulatory inspections such as USFDA, MHRA, TGA, and other global agencies.
• Lead core QA operations including Batch Record Review, SOP approvals, Process Validation, and Risk Management.
• Perform trend analysis of complaints, FAR, market actions, and prepare APQR.
• Support sterile and aseptic manufacturing operations, environmental monitoring, and drive process excellence initiatives.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and quality systems.
• Proven experience in sterile manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on exposure to global regulatory audits and inspections.
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
