Opening in R&D – Biotechnology (Cell Line Development)

The candidate should be having a minimum of Masters degree (M.Tech/ M.Pharm/ M.Sc.) in the area of Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology and related fields, Ph.D. is preferable.

1)Candidate should be having hands on work experience of 4-8 years in mammalian cell culture/microbial cell culture and molecular biology areas. 2)Hands on experience on generation of stable cell lines for mAb/therapeutic protein production is required.
3) Experience in single cell cloning, fed batch study, cell bank preparation and characterization is preferred.
4) Should be well versed with molecular biology techniques including vector preparation, characterization, cloning etc.
5) Candidate is expected to work as per SOP, design experiments/trouble shoot any arising problems. Candidate is also expected to maintain proper experimental documentation records in ELN specific formats.
