Packing
Responsible to ensure smooth functioning of primary and secondary packing machines as j per the SOP/BPR Execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line
dearance Over printing Blister/carton specimen approval. Experience in Blister Packing, Strip Packing & Carton Packing
Production
Responsible for execution of production activities in Granulation, Compression, Coating and Capsule Filling area.
Responsible for handling, RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling machines per SOP/BMR
Responsible for Execution and review of BMR & BPR
• Ensuring daily cleaning activity, Machine preventive maintenance. as per schedule.

GRN processing for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials.
To dispense RM and PM as per plan.
Planning and execution of sampling and dispensing activities of Raw Materials and Packaging Materials
To ensure periodical cleaning activities of Goods lift, racks, weighing balances, pallets, vacuum cleaner return air miser filters, scissor lift, mobile stackers and manual hand pallet trucks
To follow safety procedures as required Coordination with other department for smooth functioning of warehouse

Qualifications: Any Graduate
Work Location: Pondicherry
Experience: 2-5years in Pharma Industry
Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for Production Planning & Scheduling of products (Oral Solida)
Review, Tracking execution of manufacturing and dispatch schedule for Daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Coordinating activities & maintaining Dispensing to Dispatch.
Ensure optimum Capacity utilization and achieving the monthly production targets by accounting resources (Man/ Machine, Materials)
Coordination with SCM for demand & planning, Purchase, packaging development, Logistics, QC, QA and other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customer requirements & organizational guidelines.
Monitoring & controlling inventory during the production process,
WIPs (Blend and SFG) and FG on month on month basis. Participate
to review annual operation projection (AOP) to identify bottleneck & its enhancement.
