Qualification: B.Tech(Mechanical/Electrical)

Experience: 8-12 Years

Job Description:

Responsible to plan, conduct Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown maintenance of

-Utilities like Water System, HVAC, Chillers, Air compressors, Diesel Generators, LT transformers

– OSD formulation equipment’s like Fluid bed driers(FBD), Compression machines, Coating machines, Blenders, Rapid mixture grinders(RMG), Capsule

filling machines. SGC Encapsulation machines

– OSD Packaging equipment’s like Blister packaging, Bulk counting lines, Sachet filling lines, Serialization equipment’s, inspection systems.

-Troubleshooting knowledge of PLC, HMI, IPCS, SCADA systems. -Knowledge on GMP, Digital platform SAP & Track Wise to handle

-Knowledge of Equipment qualification IQ/OQ, PM/BD and QMS documents.

-Review qualification/site execution protocols, drawings, specifications, SOP’s, etc.

-Preparation of Project planning and execution

– Knowledge of Equipment/utility selection/FAT and SAT.

-Monitoring of project execution activities and responsible for consistency of all work, cross disciplinary quality/review and compliance with design specifications.

– Knowledge on Energy conservation skills and equipment efficiency improvement.

-Knowledge on EHS management.
