🎓 Eligibility Criteria
For PM Purchase (Packing Material)
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Science preferred)
- Experience: 3–5 Years (Pharma industry preferred)
For Engineering Purchase
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
PM Purchase (Packing Material)
- Procurement of primary & secondary packing materials
- Vendor sourcing, negotiation & development
- Handling purchase orders (PO)
- Coordination with QA/QC & Production teams
- Ensuring timely delivery follow-ups
- Maintaining GMP documentation
Engineering Purchase
- Procurement of engineering items, spare parts & maintenance materials
- Vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Preparation of purchase orders
- Coordination with Engineering, Production & Stores
- Maintaining records and ensuring material availability
Skills Required
- Knowledge of pharma packing materials / engineering procurement
- Vendor management & negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge
