Candidate should process a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a relevant field

3 to 6 years Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in recruitment firm specializing in Parma

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional network

Identify critical, niche positions and proactively build a talent pipeline

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening and in-person interviews. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skill Should be willing to go to Walk-in Drives, Campus Hiring

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
