Engineering Manager
The Engineering department is looking for a leader to oversee plant maintenance and HVAC systems. Key responsibilities include the operation and maintenance of AHU and dehumidifiers, as well as managing validation and qualification processes.
The ideal candidate will handle annual planned preventive maintenance schedules, shutdown planning, and calibration. This role also involves leading plant project activities, managing external fabrication services, and handling QMS documentation such as change controls and risk assessments.
- Experience Needed: 18 to 24 years
- Required Education: M.Sc, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm
Quality Control Manager
In the Quality Control sector, the Manager will be responsible for reviewing QMS documents via Trackwise software, including OOS, OOT, and laboratory incidents. The role focuses heavily on the generation and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and monitoring their effectiveness.
Additional duties include preparing market complaint reports, reviewing analytical documents for finished products and stability, and auditing instrument trials.

Production Manager (Injectables)
This role is centered on the manufacturing of Lyophilized Oncology Sterile Injectables. The Manager will plan and execute shop floor batch operations, lead cost reduction projects, and manage aseptic process design.
A deep understanding of process validation, cleaning validation, and aseptic process simulation is essential. The candidate will also oversee QMS elements like deviations and risk assessments specifically for the injectable line.

Production Manager (OSD)
For the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) department, SP Accure Labs requires a Manager to lead the manufacturing of tablets and capsules. Similar to the injectable role, this position involves managing shop floor operations, process improvement projects, and team building.
The Manager will be responsible for process design, simulation, and all related QMS documentation to ensure the highest standards of production for tablets and capsules.
