SMS Pharmaceuticals Limited, Unit-II, is conducting Walk-In Interviews on December 19 & 20, 2025, in Hyderabad for various positions in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Production, Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), and Human Resources & Administration (HR & Admin). The interviews will be held from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
Job Roles and Requirements
The company is seeking qualified Male candidates who are preferable for immediate joining, with a requirement to attend the walk-in with a Salary Slip/Bank Statement and Resume.
1. Quality Assurance (QA) – Stability
- Qualification: B.Sc. or M.Sc.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Job Role: Requires knowledge of Stability Schedule Preparation, Monitoring and Stability Chamber Operations, and knowledge of Analytical Data & Audit trails review.
2. Quality Control (QC) – HPLC
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Job Role: Candidates should have hands-on experience in HPLC analysis of Raw Materials, Intermediates, and finished products. Preference is given to those with experience in Empower software and good documentation practices as per cGMP. Exposure to regulatory environments (US-FDA, EU-GMP) is also essential.
3. Quality Control (QC) – Reviewer
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years.
- Job Role: Involves Analytical Data Review (Raw data, Chromatograms, Spectra & Calculations), Documentation Verification (laboratory records, logbook, and other critical documentation), Data Compilation & CoA Review. The role requires compiling and validating data for individual test parameters, ensuring all information presented on Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) is accurate and complete prior to release and audit support.
4. Production – Chemist/Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 0 to 4 years.
- Job Role: Focuses on current Good Manufacturing Practices & Handling of Glass Lined Reactors (GLR), Stainless Steel Reactors (SSR), Centrifuges, Driers, and Documentation activities of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) & Calibrations.
5. EHS (Environment) – Executive
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., or B.Tech.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years.
- Job Role: Candidates must have knowledge of MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), RO systems, scrubbers, and air pollution control equipment. Excellent understanding of PCB norms, CPCB guidelines, environmental laws, and factory regulations is required, along with proficiency in maintaining documentation as per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
6. HR & Administration (HR & Admin) – Executive
- Qualification: B.Com or MBA.
- Experience: 8 to 12 years.
- Job Role: Requires knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies, PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employees’ State Insurance), Factories Act, and Shops & Establishment Act. Experience is needed in overseeing general administration functions, including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and facilities management. Skill in managing pest control operations effectively is also necessary.
