Position Details
- Job Role: Documentation Specialist – Cosmetic Regulatory Affairs
- Gender Preference: Female Only
- Job Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Candidates from Western Suburbs preferred – Dadar to Borivali)
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from home with occasional office visits)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Science
- Preferred: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Microbiology / Chemistry / Biotechnology
- Strong academic background preferred
Experience Required
- Freshers can apply
- Experienced candidates with interest in Regulatory Affairs or QC are also eligible
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate, high-quality regulatory documents while coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned work
- Review, scrutinize, and prepare registration dossiers
- Coordinate with brand manufacturers and importers
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management & organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to changing processes
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (preferred)
Software Skills
- Basic: Microsoft Office
- Advanced: Not Required
Salary
- ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (As per industry standards)
