Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is a centralized internal resource organization that supports Sanofi’s global business units across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and Data & Digital functions. The SBO team is a strategic partner, delivering critical support in medical communication, publications, and education content development.

Reports to: Head/ Group Lead/ Team Lead – Scientific Writing
Travel: As per business requirements
Key Responsibilities
As a Scientific Writer at Sanofi, you will:
- Develop high-quality scientific content such as manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks.
- Support the end-to-end publication and medical education process, including review and approval in PromoMats/iEnvision.
- Build expertise in therapeutic areas and contribute to medical communication strategies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, medical affairs, MSLs, and product managers to ensure accurate and impactful deliverables.
- Provide strategic support to publication plans, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality, and standards.
- Share expertise and mentor peers within the writing team.
About You
Sanofi is seeking a professional who has:
- Experience: At least 2+ years in scientific/medical writing, content creation for pharma/healthcare, or academic research.
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a medical discipline.
- Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English.
- Technical expertise: Knowledge of publication processes, therapeutic area expertise, and regulatory compliance.
