Eligibility & Requirements
Candidates applying for the role must meet the following qualifications:
•B. Pharm / M. Pharm
•Minimum 5+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
•Strong exposure to OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) and oral liquid formulations (mandatory)
•Good knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and production documentation
•Ability to join within 30 days
This position is ideal for experienced professionals with a solid understanding of formulation processes and pharmaceutical production standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Chemist will be responsible for:
•Managing manufacturing processes for oral solids and oral liquids
•Ensuring adherence to cGMP and regulatory guidelines
•Monitoring process parameters and addressing deviations
•Coordinating with cross-functional teams for seamless production
•Overseeing equipment operation, cleaning, processing, and proper documentation
•Handling equipment related to granulation, compression, coating, capsulation, liquid manufacturing, and filling
•Supervising scale-up activities, ensuring smooth transition from R&D to commercial manufacturing
•Planning and executing process validation for product stability and compliance
•Supporting formulation development by converting API/excipient characteristics into robust manufacturing processes
•Troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with maintenance teams
|Training new operators and optimizing production efficiency
