Position: Regulatory Affairs Executive
Location: Sola, Ahmedabad (Full-Time, On-Site)
Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
About the Role
As a Regulatory Affairs Executive at West-Coast Pharmaceutical, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with international regulatory standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality regulatory dossiers, handling documentation for drug approvals, and communicating with health authorities and other stakeholders.
This position requires familiarity with regulated markets including ROW (Rest of the World) and EU regions, and a thorough understanding of global pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Compilation and submission of CTD/ACTD dossiers
Preparation and management of regulatory documentation including Product Permission (PP), Certificates of Pharmaceutical Product (COPP), and other FDA documentation
Responding to regulatory queries and deficiency letters
Coordinating with cross-functional departments such as QA, QC, and Production to gather required documents
Keeping up-to-date with changing regulatory guidelines and ensuring company compliance across all markets
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognized institution
1–2 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs
Knowledge of dossier compilation for ROW/EU regions
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
