We’re Hiring: Senior Research Scientist – Formulation & Development Department

Position Overview:
1. Sr. Research Scientist – FD Department
Experience: 8–12 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / PhD
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in NDDS (Novel Drug Delivery Systems)
- Expertise in injectable, ophthalmic, and/ or semi-solid dosage forms
Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced formulation scientist with a deep understanding of novel dosage forms and the ability to lead projects independently.
2. RA Trainee / Research Associate – FD Department
Experience: 0–2 years
Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharm
Desired Skills:
- Exposure to injectable, ophthalmic, semi-solid, or liquid oral dosage forms
Role Summary:
Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals, this role provides hands-on learning and growth opportunities in formulation development within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead formulation development projects related to injectable dosage forms.
- Develop and optimize NDDS, ophthalmic, and semi-solid formulations (preferred).
- Manage formulation trials, scale-up activities, and tech transfer.
- Prepare documentation and reports as per regulatory and internal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical, QA, and regulatory.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong hands-on experience in injectable formulation development.
- Sound knowledge of QbD, DoE, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to lead and manage research projects independently.
- Committed to long-term growth with the organization (minimum 2–3 years expected).
