Skills Required:
Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenance.
Expohure of Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, Media fill
validation and data handling. Lyophilizer Batch Manufacturing, Filling and Operation of Filter Integrity Tester.
Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipments.
Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirements.
Sr. Operator/Operator – Lyophilizer SVP (ITI with 2 to 4 years experience)
Skills Required :
To Perform Lyophilizer, De-icing, CIP, SIP, VLT, Shelf Temperature Mapping, Performance Qualification, and media fill validation.
.Should have a good knowledge of Lyophilizer equipment operation and their maintenance.
. Operation and Maintenance of Loading-Unloading and Operation of Filter Integrity Tester.
• Knowledge of developments, Preparation and Loading of Lyophilizer-recipe for multiple products.
Knowledge of Lyophilizer related Documents as per cGMP requirements. . Good knowledge in Troubleshooting of Products and Equipments.
