Assistant Manager – Project & Engineering.

Qualification:

B.E. Mechanical with good academic record.

Experience:

Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries.

Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.

JOB PROFILE:

To Perform Project & Maintenance Activities, Project Planning, Execution, plant maintenance, modification work, OPEX/CAPEX & Monthly budget related activity, Installation & commissioning of new Equipments, Review Equipment qualification. (DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ), All civil activities related to Opex & Capex, Capex planning, costing, budgeting, approvals, specification finalization, indenting. Installation and commissioning of the new process equipment, To Co-ordination between all concerned agencies/External agencies, Modification in Existing Plant Executing safety related permits for work in plant area as per safety guidelines, To plan and execute shutdown activity in co-ordination with process department and utility department, Evaluation of manpower & work distribution accordingly to improve maintenance procedure, Inventory control & spares management, Taking corrective and preventive measures to avoid repetition of the maintenance work and improve reliability & efficiency of equipment. Project work to be completed within the time line, Negotiate and finalize technically with vendors, Drawing approval with correction, Project planned, materials indent, coordination with purchase, finance and vendor, Preparation of documentation before implementation of project, Co- ordination with production, QC,QA EHS etc….for completion of project
