Executive to Assistant Manager – HR
Qualification: MBA-HR, MSW, MHRM, IRPM with good academic record.
Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience from well-known Pharma / API Industries
Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat.
JOB PROFILE:
*Effective handling end to end online Pay-roll management.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel.
*Time office and Leave Management.
*Various MIS relating to HR.
- Effective compliance of Statutory Laws like, Provident Fund, Professional Tax etc.
*Reward & Recognition. *Employees Engagement Activities and L&D.
*SOP preparation and revision. *End to end process from New Joining, induction training, till the separation.
*Training & Development Activities.
*PMS, evaluation, adhere implementation.
*Staff Welfare activities.
