π Job Responsibilities
Interact with US health insurance companies (Customer Care/Nurse coordination).
Read and interpret clinical documentation accurately.
Enter data as per payer requirements.
Work in voice-based processes supporting US operations (EST time zone).
Flexible to work in night shifts: 6 PMβ3 AM or 9 PMβ6 AM.
Follow company policies, maintain accuracy, and collaborate across processes.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Pharm / M.Pharm Freshers only.
Excellent communication skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates pursuing graduation/post-graduation or awaiting results not eligible.
Must be comfortable working from Noida & Gurgaon office locations.
