Job Title:  Senior Officer /Officer – Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Department:   Quality Assurance
Experience: 2- 6 Yrs.
Qualification: BPharm/MPharm
Location: Ponda (Goa)
 
Job Description:
1.      Adherence to the cGMP and agreed requirements in the Plant.
2.      Collect the Finished Product samples and bulk samples and intimate Quality Control Department for analysis.
3.      Give line clearances for the various manufacturing processes.
4.      Perform in-process control tests.
5.      Review BMR and BPR whenever required.
6.      Monitor IPQA activities on shop floor.
7.      Co-ordinate during process validation, cleaning validation and hold time.
8.      Manage control sample room.
9.      Verify the new employee training files and updated training matrix, co-ordinate as per calendar training.
10.  Co-ordinate for SOP training and induction training with all departments.
11.  Preparation and revision of GMP Documents (e.g. Standard Operating Procedure, lists, sampling plan etc.)
12.  Impart SOP training and on job training with all departments.
Perform any other task assigned by the Manager Quality Assurance (IPQA).
