🔍 About the Role:

As Assistant Manager – Quality Assurance (QA) at Mega We Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality compliance across manufacturing facilities and suppliers. You’ll actively drive internal audits, risk assessments, and product quality reviews while contributing to cross-functional improvement projects.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct in-depth audits of API and Finished Product (FP) manufacturing facilities

•Evaluate and audit suppliers for compliance with cGMP and Mega’s quality policy

•Develop and manage the FP supplier audit calendar

•Analyze supplier trends and prepare compliance reports

•Coordinate and compile Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)

•Review APQRs in line with Mega’s QMS (Quality Management System)

•Conduct risk assessments for critical activities and suppliers

•Provide documentation and compliance support during technology transfer activities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

🧠 Required Skills & Knowledge:

•Strong command over International guidelines and cGMP practices

•Fluent in English (written and spoken)

•Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities

•Experience in Corporate QA / QC / Plant QA in a regulated pharmaceutical environment

•Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a global setup
