PULSE-An Innovation driven Pharmaceutical Company, A strong marketing oriented & Patient centric organization is looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead our operational functions.
The ideal candidate shall possess a strong background in Pharmaceutical manufacturing and development, coupled with the certifications in Project Management and Operational Efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving our operational strategy, ensuring efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Work Location: Genome Valley, IKP-Turkapally, Hyderabad
Qualification: M. Pharmacy/B. Pharmacy/M.Sc./MBA/MS
Experience 15 plus years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing & Operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification: Lean Six Sigma or equivalent certification in operational efficiency.
Required Skill set:
> Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
> Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
> in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
> Strong communication and interpersonal skills
> Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives
