LVP FFS Operator:
- ITI (Any Stream)
- Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
Production & Biologics Jr Executive:
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Biotechnology)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Tech / M.Tech (Biotechnology)
Experience
- Freshers can apply
Key Responsibilities
LVP FFS Operator
- Operate and monitor BFS (Blow-Fill-Seal) machines
- Set machine parameters (temperature, pressure, filling volume, sealing time)
- Ensure proper functioning of molding, filling, and sealing
- Perform in-process checks (leak test, visual inspection, weight variation)
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, and Production teams
LVP Production – Jr Executive
- Batch calculation and dispensing
- Perform CIP & SIP activities and filter integrity test
- Batch preparation as per cGMP & GDP
- Material reconciliation and movement
- Calibration and validation knowledge
Biologics Production – Jr Executive
- Work on downstream plasma R&D
- Buffer preparation
- Handle pH meter, spectrophotometer, conductivity meter
- Perform depth filtration
- Protein purification (TFF)
