Role: Manager – R&D

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, India

Department: R&D

Qualification: M.Pharma – Pharmaceutics / M.Tech – Cosmetics / MSc. – Cosmetics

Experience: 8 – 10 years of experience in topical formulations development for leave on and wash off products.

Skills Required:

•Development of various dosage forms in skin care and FMCG commodity product range.

•Understanding of polymer science, basic GMP, packaging, and stability requirement for cosmetic products, cosmetic regulations.

•Innovative mindset, critical thinking, troubleshooting, decision-making, collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

•Complete development of products for Cosmetic and Commodity portfolio.

•Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Marketing, Business Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Analytical and Packaging teams for development of cost-effective and efficacious products.

•Collaboration with external stakeholders like manufacturing units, RM suppliers and vendors.

•Should be able to identify product claims and substantiate those with proof of concept.

•Ensuring execution of the batches in lab, scaling them up at manufacturing unit and commercializing the product from manufacturing unit.

Responsible for all the activities of the lab as its in-charge.
