QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : B.Tech(Chemical) with 8-10 years of experience in the Pharma Industry
We are hiring at Piramal Pharma Solutions, Digwal.
Project conceptualization along with the Process Engineering, TSD & Production Dept.
Ensure thoroughness of engineering systems such as data sheets, safety data, design basis, design calculations etc.
To develop the Piping and Instrumentation drawings (PIDs) for the project as per the details shared by Process and TSD.
To perform basic engineering, detail engineering & finalize the specifications of equipment/system/instruments as per equipment design basis.
Generate facility layout as per Facility design basis.
Perform HAZOP study for the new facility and the process.
After discussing with the vendor system/equipment for the system / equipment / instrument and finalizing the technical specifications. To coordinate with the Purchase department on procuring the same. Also, inspect timely on approving Vendor.
Coordinate within the project team for timely implementation of projects.
