1. Residue / Food Analyst
Pious Laboratories is hiring dynamic, result-oriented and self-motivated professionals with experience in the analysis of residues and food items as per specifications. Candidates should also be capable of developing analytical methods for new products.
Positions:
- Manager – 2 Positions
- Senior Executive – 1 Position
- Executive – 1 Position
Salary: Salary is no bar for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis of pesticide residues, contaminants and food safety parameters
- Sample preparation and testing according to approved analytical methods
- Method development for new products
- Accurate documentation and reporting of test results
- Ensuring compliance with NABL, FSSAI and ISO guidelines
- Operation and troubleshooting of laboratory instruments
- Maintaining laboratory records
Qualifications & Skills
- M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Technology, Analytical Chemistry or a related field
- Experience in residue analysis
- Knowledge of GC, GC-MS, LC-MS/MS will be preferred
- Good understanding of food safety regulations and quality systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good documentation practices
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
2. HPLC Analyst / QC Chemist
The company is also hiring HPLC Analysts / QC Chemists for its Food & Pharma Testing Laboratory.
Position: HPLC Analyst / QC Chemist
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- 1–3 years of hands-on HPLC experience will be preferred
Educational Qualification
Candidates with the following qualifications can apply:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Candidates with relevant analytical laboratory qualifications may also apply
Key Responsibilities
- Perform HPLC analysis of food and pharmaceutical samples as per approved methods
- Prepare samples, standards, reagents and mobile phases
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot HPLC instruments
- Perform chromatographic data analysis and interpret results
- Maintain worksheets, instrument logbooks and analytical records
- Follow SOPs, GLP/GMP and laboratory quality requirements
- Support method verification/validation and instrument calibration activities
- Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HPLC operation and chromatography
- Basic understanding of analytical chemistry

3. GC Analyst – Food & Pharma Testing Laboratory

Qualification:
- B.Sc. / M.Sc.
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 3–10 years
Job Responsibilities
- Hands-on operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of GC/GCMS instruments
- Method development and validation
- Routine sample analysis using GC/GCMS
- Preparation, review and documentation of analytical reports
- Ensuring compliance with GLP, GMP and regulatory requirements
- Collaboration with QA, QC and R&D teams
- Training and mentoring team members on GC techniques
4. LCMS Analyst – Food & Pharma Testing Laboratory
Experienced professionals are also required for LCMS/MS operations and analytical testing.
